What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?

Social Media Management: Oversee the daily operations of three designated social media accounts. This involves posting content (images will be provided by our team), and actively engaging with the community.Influencer Engagement: Engage with influencers by liking their posts, following their accounts on Instagram, and initiating conversations through direct messages using our pre-written scripts.Communication Tracking: Diligently record the dates of all direct messages sent to influencers, including follow-up communications, ensuring a consistent and organized approach.Google Sheets Management: Accurately record and maintain influencer information in Google Sheets, keeping track of all interactions and responses.Outreach Quota: Meet the daily target of reaching out to 20 influencers per page, using the provided list of potential influencer contacts.Relationship Building: Strive to build lasting relationships with influencers, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications

1. Experience in social media management or influencer outreach. This is not required but is a plus.2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.3. Excellent written communication skills.4. Ability to adhere to scripts while also showing personal initiative in conversations.5. Proficiency in using social media platforms, particularly Instagram.6. Experience in using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.7. Ability to meet daily and weekly targets consistently.8. A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Flexible Part-Time Schedules:Choose between two available shifts to best suit your lifestyle:MON-SATEvening Shift: 6 PM to 12 AM EST
Morning Shift: 8 AM to 2 PM ESTSchedule Flexibility:Option to split your schedule across both time slots, as long as you complete a total of 6 hours per day.

Starting Salary:$320, with potential growth over time based on performance.Paid Leave:One paid leave per month (After 6 Months).Sales Bonuses:Earn an additional $0.75 per order for every order above 13 verified orders.
